I enjoyed the course very much. The instructor was just what I wanted. In parts it showed that the course was designed for a face to face rather than an online environment.

A very very good course. Intense to do over 4 days but well worth it. The instructor (Michael) was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Some aspects were tricky over Zoom (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but the instructor made reasonable allowances for this. I feel much more capable and confident in teaching since completing the course

I have used ITG for Years, I also put my Tester/Trainers and Instructors through courses with them. A Highly Professional Company and their team is outstanding at giving support and advise. The Course was challenging for me because it has been a long time since I was a student and all of it was new. That said, it was very helpful and I have already put some elements into practice. However, there was one consistent source of irritation and that was the conversations that would break out in the classroom whenever the training element was completed and the Task Work began. It was very distracting. At the very least it would be helpful to turn off the microphone in the Room, and perhaps combining Room and Virtual Training is not such a good idea. If that combination is to continue, the Virtual Attendees should be able to see the Classroom attendees. Michael was thorough and patient. Very much enjoyed the course overall.

I attended an ITG First Aid at Work Instructor course last week and am so pleased I did. It was an excellent course with up to date information and course content. The practical part was really good with a manikin for each person and everyone had their own equipment. The instructor was friendly and helpful with a massive amount of knowledge and an engaging way of teaching. I would certainly recommend ITG Instructor training.

Recently attended instructor training through ITG. Great first aid training, well resourced course, friendly staff, excellent instructor and very knowledgeable. I learnt so much and enjoyed the training. Would highly recommend.

I have done a few courses with ITG, First Aid, Heath and Safety and Mental Health courses and have found all of them to be fantastic. Keith who runs the company is extremely knowledgable and that filters through to the courses. I left feeling I had been given all of the skills needed to teach students and how to prepare and present the courses. The feedback from my students has been great so their instructor courses really work.

Completed my instructor training with ITG and couldn't fault it. They helped develop me into the trainer I wanted to be and the ongoing support from sister company ProTrainings is excellent. This is where I now get my coursework and certificates from. Keith is a fab manager and very knowledgable. It is good to work with an organisation who really care about what they are doing.
