The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The team there epitomise the meaning of service and professionalism and I am glad I chose to purchase my E Class from MB Colchester. Michael Bermudez, who was my main contact and dealer, is an absolute credit to the business as he kept me in the know throughout the whole process and worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. After calling the dealership last Friday I was put in touch with James Churchill. From the first conversation I felt at ease and that I was being dealt with by someone who really knew his stuff. His product knowledge was second to none and he answered every question I had instantly. He always called back when he said he would and provided me all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable. The vehicle itself is faultless. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and was greeting with coffee and refreshments. The car was spotless and the service again was 5 star. James was very welcoming and made us feel at ease. His in depth hand over was extremely useful and he even chucked some fuel in. I have dealt with other premium brands having previously owned BMWs and Audis but my Mercedes experience has been head and shoulders above the rest. Great service. The only negative is I was told the service would be 1hour 30. This was almost 2hours 30, which has impacted my immensely, meetings arranged have had to be cancelled.

When you're buying a high end car it comes with expectations of the whole experience. Jardine motors of Colchester met those with ease, even the coffee and biscuits were high end. Greetings were polite, professional. We dealt with a charming young lady , Georgia who went through the cars with us and organized test drives, she even covered our purchase with a Mercedes sheet so it could be revealed like a new model, that was a loverly touch which made my wife feel fabulous as she took ownership. Overall the buying process was easy. Georgia did her level best to get us the best price but in the end it's down to service and keeping your car on the road with the least amount of inconvenience during servicing and any defects that may show up. I believe Jardine will give us that service. I experienced a little of it already when I met the service manager and asked if he could charge my phone which he dutifully did and kept me abreast of its whereabouts and charge state and I hadn't even bought a car!! A very polite gentleman! I would recommend this dealership if your considering a high end car.
