I’ve been using Slimmingworld for many years as a Up and down Dieter, a few weeks ago me and my wife moved across to Alice and we are very Happy. She’s always knowledgeable, fun and outgoing and we really enjoy her groups. In just a few weeks we’ve both lost nearly 4 stone between us. I would recommend her groups for sure. Paul & Tara

I have been with Alice Stanway Rovers group since March this year. Her groups are fun and we always have a good laugh. Other slimmers have good ideas for recipes and we all help each other! I really do reccomend Alice's groups.
